We were very busy learning all about the themes of space and weather during the month of January! We had great fun painting puff paint planets, designing space helmets, building rockets and space stations using magnets, making shape aliens, learning about our solar system and writing lists of items which we would bring with us on a trip to space! We worked hard keeping a weather diary and giving daily weather forecasts too! We made weather symbols using playdough, painted rainbows using cotton buds, worked as scientists to conduct some weather themed experiments and sorted clothes suitable for warm and cold weather conditions. We also really enjoyed our Grandparents Day and our 5K training too!
