This week we launched Our School Promise at Scoil Mhuire Caisleán Nua. It’s something we’re going to focus on right across the school to help create a positive and caring environment for everyone.
Our School Promise is based on four key pillars:
Be Respectful, Be Kind, Be Responsible and Always Try Your Best.
We started by focusing on Being Respectful and it was brilliant to see it in action throughout the school. Pupils were holding doors open, sharing equipment, listening well, using good manners, and including others during yard time.
Lots of classes also created Respectful Spaces to celebrate and remind us of what respect looks like in our school.
Well done everyone – what a great start.
