Junior Achievement Workshops with Paul Clarke
25th Nov 2025
Over the past two weeks, our 5th and 6th class pupils enjoyed two fantastic workshops delivered by Paul Clarke from Boston Scientific through Junior Achievement Ireland.
Last week, the pupils learned about renewable energy and worked in teams to design and build a functioning wind turbine. They explored how wind energy is generated and why sustainable solutions are so important for our future.
This week, Paul returned to teach the children about carbon monoxide, its dangers, and how to stay safe at home. The pupils then created informative posters to help raise awareness about carbon monoxide safety.
A huge thank you to Paul and Junior Achievement Ireland for providing such engaging, hands-on learning experiences for our students!
