We are delighted to share the success of a recent bake sale organised by our wonderful 6th class students. The event was held to help raise funds for their graduation trip and their 6th class hoodies, and it proved to be a fantastic achievement.
Thanks to the incredible support from our school community, the bake sale raised a total of €561. This is a brilliant contribution towards what will be a very special end to their primary school journey.
A sincere thank you to everyone who helped out on the day and, in particular, to those who baked such a wide variety of delicious treats. Your time, effort and generosity are very much appreciated.
A special mention must go to the 6th class students themselves, who organised the event from start to finish and ran it so successfully on the day. Their teamwork, initiative and enthusiasm were evident throughout.
We would also like to congratulate our prize winners on the day. Jack Kelly correctly guessed the number of jellies in the jar. Amy and Lacey both guessed the correct number in the second jar and shared the spoils. Luke Fitzpatrick was the lucky winner of a fabulous raffle hamper.
