Slán le Michelle agus Aoife

20th Jun 2025

Today we say goodbye to two much-loved members of our school community – Michelle and Aoife.

Michelle is retiring after 8 wonderful years as an SNA in our school. In that time, she has brought such kindness, patience, and calm to every classroom she worked in. She supported children with great care and sensitivity, always putting their needs first and helping them to thrive in their own unique way. Her gentle presence and thoughtful nature made her a joy to work with, and she will be deeply missed by both staff and pupils.

Aoife is also leaving us, having been part of the school since 2012. Over the years, she has made such a positive impact in so many ways. Aoife is one of those people who radiates warmth and brings a sense of calm and compassion wherever she goes. Her kindness and dedication have never gone unnoticed, and her work has left a lasting mark on all who have had the pleasure of working with her.

Both Michelle and Aoife have been such valued members of our team – always supportive, always kind, and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s been a real pleasure to work alongside them.

We thank them both sincerely for everything they have done for our school community. We wish them all the very best in whatever lies ahead – may the next chapter bring happiness, health, and fulfilment.

Go raibh míle maith agaibh, Michelle and Aoife – you both leave behind a legacy of kindness that we will always treasure and will always be part of our school family.
